Sharing Love through Art: ECE Art Show

Education is love. At CIS community, we regularly organize various forms of charity events, as we believe every child has the power to share love and care to a wider community. One of the best forms of sharing love is through art.
A Huge Success: International Day ECE Art Show On our International Day, our young early years learners donated about 200 beautiful art pieces to the CIEO Charity Foundation to help raise money and build libraries for underprivileged children. Within just a few hours, we successfully raised over RMB 40,000! Special thanks to our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) for helping us on the day with sales, and thank you to our international community for contributing and helping us reach our charity goals. Learning Art at CIS Art is our language to communicate without borders. We do not only teach students how to draw lines and apply colors, we equip them with a personal approach to self-expression. By admiring other art forms, they develop the appreciation of beauty and learn to communicate as an artist. With a rigorous and very individualized art program, CIS has had 2 graduates accepted by top art schools in both Canada and China, including Emily Carr University, OCAD and Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.
