The University Guidance and Careers Office (U-GO), consisting of professional counsellors, collaborates with our dedicated team of highly qualified teachers to prepare all our students to embrace the challenges and opportunities they will face as global citizens.
From the moment our students walk into our beautiful CIS campus, we set the stage for them to become successful leaders of tomorrow. Every student who graduates from CIS receives their high school diploma directly from the Alberta Government, enabling them to apply to world-class universities around the world.
Over the past years, over 73% of our graduates have received offers from the top 50 most prestigious universities across the globe. Thanks to rigorous CIS learning, 100% of our high school alumni have received offers from the top 100 universities. Graduates of the Canadian International School of Guangzhou have been accepted into top universities such as Imperial College London, University College London, University of Warwick, University of Sydney, University of Melbourne, Boston University, University of Toronto, and McGill University.
