Maker Faire@CIS!
Claiming to be the world’s greatest show-and-tell, Maker Faire shows off science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM)! This week, we hosted not one, not two but three Maker Faire sessions over 2 days, for almost 600 students!
The Maker Faire is famous all over the world for promoting innovation and CIS is proud to have the official rights to host such a prestigious STEAM event. As a gathering of tech enthusiasts, crafters, educators, tinkerers, engineers, and artists, Maker Faire has been held worldwide in US, Canada, Europe, South Africa and more.
STEAM Education is EVERYDAY and EVERYWHERE
At CIS, STEAM is embedded in our daily curriculum and project-based learning. Through projects booth, presentations and workshops, students incorporated STEAM knowledge into their projects, further developing their maker mindsets.

Raise Future Leaders in STEAM Education
From Lego robotics and 3D printing to building a future city model, our CIS students have conquered so many STEAM challenges and tried to solve real-world problems in our community. We aim to raise future leaders with innovation and problem-solving skills through STEAM. Curious how your child can benefit from CIS STEAM education?
