The 2025 ACAMIS VEX National Robotics Championship, hosted by the Canadian International School of Guangzhou (CIS), was an electrifying showcase of innovation and talent! With 81 elite teams from 25 prestigious international schools converging from cities like Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, over 500 passionate students, coaches, and parents celebrated the pinnacle of robotics excellence. CIS is beyond thrilled to announce that Team 54037F has triumphed as the Tournament VEX IQ Champions, as well as winners of the Excellence Award! This incredible victory not only secures their spot at the 2025 VEX Robotics World Championships in Dallas, USA, but also marks them as the ONLY middle school team from an international school in South China to qualify. Sponsored by giants like Google, NASA, Tesla, and Texas Instruments, the VEX Worlds is the largest robotics competition on the planet. Team 54037D also shone brightly, securing multiple awards, including Teamwork 2nd Place and Amaze Award. Voices from the Competition "Every time I debug the robot, it feels like a new challenge, but these challenges help me grow," said a proud CIS student. "After countless hours of practice, our robot achieved peak efficiency. This experience is unforgettable!" another student exclaimed.
