At the helm is our exceptional coach Ms. Lucia, a former standout of the Guangdong Team and a Chinese National Top-Level Swimmer.

Learning and Improving, One Step at a Time
The Grizzly Swimming Program follows the international swimming training system, using a comprehensive training mechanism that evolves with each child, with the ability to transfer skills and qualifications globally.
Apart from the mandatory swimming classes which is included our PE curriculum, students can sign up for extra training during our After School Activity (ASA) times to improve their swimming skills or pursue their passion in this sport. Who knows, you may be the next star in the water!
Join Our Swimming ASAs and Grizzly Swim Team!
For our Kindergarten to Grade 12 students, we're introducing tiered after-school swimming classes tailored to all skill levels. These will be offered during ASA sessions.
Already confident in the water? Take your swimming to the next level by trying out for the CIS Grizzly Swim Team. Train with the best, compete in top-tier international meets, and be part of a winning legacy. It's more than just swimming; it's about team spirit, discipline, and chasing excellence together.
