New Term, New Year!

Welcome back to a new term at CIS!

After a well-deserved festive break, it was great to welcome all our students back for a new term, looking smart, rested and ready to learn.

An Auspicious Start

An OX-tra special welcome! Greeted by the familiar rhythms of the Chinese drums and cymbals, our CIS students were met with our Principal & COO at the gate with some lucky red packets!

Welcome Assembly

The entire CIS community gathered together for a welcome assembly and auspicious lion dance, symbolising the start of a wonderful new year!

Students settled into their daily routines, ready to collaborate, innovate and succeed.

A Celebration of Family

As the school welcomed everyone back, all dormitory students and their families were invited to join a special party to celebrate the last day of the Spring Festival period. Celebrations were split into a few customs, such as a Lantern Festival Quiz, making Tangyuan (soup balls with special flavors) and papercutting “福”(Chinese for Blessings) in groups.
