CIS Wins 2nd Prize in National Choir Competition

Melody has no boundaries. Our CIS choir has shown what it means to be an ambassador of music. Through months of practice and competition, our CIS Choir won the second prize in the National Chorus Competition of "Little Ambassadors of Cultural Exchanges between China and Foreign Countries". Among over 130 national award-winning teams, the CIS choir was selected to be broadcast live on CCTV Video and People's Daily app for the Winter Olympics online Art Festival.
Congratulations to all the Choir members! CIS is extremely proud of your efforts and achievements.
Being on a choir not only improves students' singing skills through practice, but is also builds teamwork and a strong understanding and appreciation of music. Our choir team members now know what it truly means to represent CIS, and represent China to audiences around the world. We got an opportunity to interview a few choir members and their teacher Ms. Xenia. Let's hear about their experience.
