As we prepare to go into the winter holiday and get ready for the new year, this time is often used as a reflection on the past year.
What have we accomplished? Where can we improve and how are we doing.
Parent feedback from surveys given throughout the year are overwhelmingly positive about their children’s school experience.
Parents are satisfied with the curriculum taught, the culture of the school, extra- curricular activities and the events that the school plans.
The staff love teaching and working in our school and are very dedicated to their students success, not just in school but in life.
Each day brings many lessons through curriculum and social interactions with friends, classmates and staff.
I have walked around the school and asked the students if they are excited about the winter break and surprising to me, is that they want to stay at school. How awesome is that?
Our days are filled with wonder, learning and laughter. I try to visit all the classes as much as I can throughout the week and I am always so impressed on how our students are engaged and how they love to share their work with me.
We are indeed a happy family at CIS.
So in the spirit of the holiday season, we wish you happiness and joy and hope that you have a wonderful time with your families.
